GEORGE LINARDOS, Esq. President & CEO

Mr. Linardos brings over 48 years of solid executive experience incorporating a strong proven background with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding strategic planning capabilities. He values working with and motivating talented professionals that are mission focused. From the beginnings of his first venture out of law school Mr. Linardos grew and morphed a title search company since 1977 into American Integrated Resources supplying the best professional talent for all aspects of an acquisition project. He has developed a strong contractor base serving over 50 clients in the right-of-way, utility, private, and government sectors. Mr. Linardos taught “Real Property Law and Transactions” as an Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University, and “Legal Research and Writing” at St. Petersburg Junior College. He is a graduate of Boston University with a BA in Political Science and holds his JD from Quinnipiac School of Law. Mr. Linardos served his country in the Unites States Army (1970–1976) with an Honorable Discharge. He separated with the rank of Captain, Company Commander of an Amphibious Assault Unit. MICHAEL D. ERNST, Esq. Executive Director Renewable Energy & Transmission

Mr. Ernst has more than 40 years of energy experience as an energy and environmental attorney for Massachusetts state agencies, a Boston energy law firm, an independent trans-mission development company, an international engineering and environmental company, and as an independent consultant supporting development of transmission, offshore wind, energy storage, and solar projects. His experience includes Director of Permitting and Environmental Management for NY Transco and Tetra Tech, and supported onshore and offshore transmission and interconnections in several East Coast states. Mr. Ernst served as a Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Board approving transmission lines and energy projects before becoming General Counsel and Legislative Director of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. He was Counsel to the Joint Committee on Energy for the Massachusetts Legislature for six years. Mr. Ernst has a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BS from Davidson College spending his Junior year in Germany. During his tenure in Germany, he participated in several German American Chamber of Commerce programs designed to promote cooperation between energy companies of both Germany and the United States.

ADAM CAMP Executive Director Development & Operations

Mr. Camp brings more than 18 years of leadership in energy development with a track record of building, maturing and executing electric transmission and renewable projects from the ground up. Throughout his career, Adam has gained significant expertise through his hands-on approach to every step of project development, from early-stage land acquisition and permitting to interconnection, power purchase agreements, EPC contracts and more. He served as the Vice President of Capital Investments for New York Transco, developer of bulk power transmission facilities in New York State. Adam also led onshore and offshore transmission development for National Grid Ventures. He expanded his resume to include Wind development at NextEra Energy, and later into Solar and Battery Energy Storage development at Origis Energy. Adam honorably served in the military for five years overseas in the United States Army rising to the rank of Captain. Adam holds a B.A. in Accounting from Gordon College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
