Must be highly skilled in all facets of business and legal research utilizing both primary and secondary authorities; College degree from an accredited four year college or university and appropriate para-legal certificates from an accredited para-legal program; Minimum of three (3) years experience; Procures information from on-line and off-line systems (traditional library resources, court records, governmental records, land records, historical society records, and church records) and other information and statistical resources. Correlate said information for analysis and report same with sound recommendations in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements; Must be fully licensed/certified and meet all regulation standards; Must have Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O); A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid driver’s license; Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks; Oral and written communication skills; Self-starting individual who follows directions and procedures, adheres to work schedules and can focus on details; Interpersonal (people) skills; Be flexible and able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/attitude with co-workers, clients, vendors, and outside contacts and agencies; Possess analytical and reconciliation skills, necessary for problem solving and decision making; Able to successfully perform multiple tasks and abbreviated deadlines; Must be able to understand financial impacts of decisions and courses of action; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Primarvera P6, Microsoft Project and able to learn client specific software programs when needed; Smartphone must have capability to accept emails; Military Service (Honorable Discharge) a plus.
