Project Management

Oversight of all project related activities; Management of project personnel; Oversight of energy and transmission projects including real on and off shore acquisition/disposal and rights-of-way analyses; Coordination of appraisals, title reporting and confirmation of parcel descriptions; Coordination of environmental reports, GIS, survey and governmental jurisdiction maps; Governmental and contract compliance; Prepare presentations before boards, agencies[ Project origination support; Competitive analyses; Market intelligence support; Project tracking, reporting and scheduling; Data management; Community outreach; Permitting; Agency and other critical meeting attendance; Maintaining project continuity; Degree from an accredited four year college or university; Proven ability to close deals an absolute must; Three (3) or more years in a high impact environment in a supervisory/management role with multiple tasks on a senior management level for energy generation, battery storage, transmission projects, highways, roads and other transportation corridors, airports, port facilities and railroad disposal of property and spur lines; Experience and knowledge of the full spectrum of services in all phases of a realty acquisition/disposal program including route feasibility studies, property management, appraisal, damage assessments, cost estimates, and coordinating relocation functions; Familiar with the requirements of the Uniform Relocation Act; Solid research and information gathering capabilities; Demonstrated ability to implement company’s organizational vision; Demonstrated ability to make effective and timely decisions; Produces business results through strategic planning; Complete life-cycle implementation of policies, procedures and programs; Focus on accountability and continuous improvement; Demonstrated ability to advocate, explain, and express ideas and facts in a professional manner; Possess strong written and oral communication skills and presentation of reports; Effective negotiation skills, internally and externally with groups or individuals; Ability to develop an expansive professional network with other organizations and identify key stakeholder relationships; A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current valid driver’s license; Must be willing to travel locally, regionally and nationally. Travel may be between 10 and 25 per cent per month; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Primarvera P6, Microsoft Project and able to learn client specific software programs when needed; Smartphone must have capability to accept emails; Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus; Para-Legal certificates in Real Estate a plus; Law Degree; IRWA Certificates a plus; Military Service (Honorable Discharge) a plus.
